My parents, both veteran marathon runners and cyclists, would normally be gearing up for the cycling season at this time of the year.
Instead, they’re confined at home in the Alps under strict shelter-in-place orders like the rest of France.
What to do in the time of the coronavirus pandemic? Sing.
Simone rewrote the lyrics of a song by famous French signer Barbara, “Quand Reviendras-Tu?” (“When Will You Come Back?“), to make it “Quand Sortira-t-on?” (“When Will We Go Out?”). Alain is on the bench.
